People's reaction to the TRUTH & HONESTY is valid

Well, the truth hurts they say but even more so trying to tell the truth…

I had a week from HELL like life was kicking my ass, but business was amazing.

I had a conversation with a friend that didn’t make it better or worst but it is a lesson I believe is worth sharing.

I had just spoken about how I felt about a situation and I shared honestly.

However, what happened next was surprising. My friend was upset.

I thought “How could you be upset at me when I am sharing the truth with you.”

Almost like my friend read my mind by saying “Well I appreciate the truth and you were being honest with me but it still hurts and just like your feels are valid so are my mind too.”

The simple lesson here is how others react to you being truthful and honest is just as valid as your sharing.

They say the truth will set you free but many times communicating through those tough moments is what does…

That is hard and a lesson for another time.
