Mastering the Basics: How Daily Habits Can Transform Your Life

Today was one of the days for the books. it was a killer day because I had therapy, business meeting, and hit about a 10 point day.
Everyday I strive to do the foundational task. Which areā¦
sleep 8 hours a day
drink 1 gallon of water
train for 30 minutes
5 minutes of mediation
read 5 pages of book
write in my journal
express 3 grateful reasons (1 point for each)
reach out to someone express grateful towards them
list 3 critical task for the day. (1 point for each task accomplished)
In total that is 13% you can improve each day
Total that is 13 task but 10 of 13 is a solid day. Today I got 10 percent better just by focusing on the basics. Stack that up over a week then you start to feel an uplift, couple of those in a week then you got fast drive, and months bring massive momentum but starts with each day.
That is still.
Nothing fancy just focus on the basic.
Today I was able to do that so well and express gratitude for where I am in life that I love it so much. I want you to remember to focus on the basic foundational task because that will take you much further than anything else.
