40% Output Is Sometimes Equal To 100% (It's Okay)
Yesterday I had to close my laptop and shut it down early. I was destroyed and running on fumes. My body was screaming for sleep and water.
Even now I am up at 7 AM and my body is ready to sleep. As a man that prides himself on his ability to stay in shape. My biggest struggle is sleep and hydration for my own health.
I carry a 1-gallon water container with me everywhere I go and I even have extra too. This deployment has me running around so much that I sometimes don't even get a second to think or to myself.
At the end of the day, I should listen to my body more but I don't. The lesson here is to choose progress over perfection.
Yes, I should sleep 8 hours a day.
And yes I should drink water at least 1 gallon a day. However, it does not always work like that.
Some days you are going to function at 40% and that will be your 100% for the day. It is okay.
